Hello, and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Ashley Goldstein (she/her/hers), MSEd, LMHC, NCC, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and support.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from SUNY Farmingdale State College and a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John's University. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, stress, and identity-related challenges. I strive to create a calm, nurturing, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I believe that each individual brings unique strengths, resilience, and life experiences into the counseling process. Together, we work to develop insight, build effective coping skills, foster self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy is not about having all the answers; it's about creating a space where growth, healing, and self-discovery can occur.

Seeking support can be a vulnerable step, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward their goals. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can provide an opportunity for growth, empowerment, and positive change.

“The healing journey is not linear; it twists, pauses, and sometimes circles back, but every step teaches us something about our strength, resilience, and capacity to grow.”
